Application Form

The Ambassadors of Hope is a family support group composed of parents of children with cancer and advocates. It aims to provide psychosocial support for parents and families with children afflicted with cancer; to bring hope and better understanding of child cancer through education and to empower parents and families in their fight against cancer.

At the House of Hope is a Hospital-based school catering to children of school age who are patients of the SPMC Children's Cancer Institute. It is a government-recognized school as Dumanlas Elementary School (SPMC Annex)
